Purpose:
The ARG platform is focused on providing space to share experiences, foster a sense of belonging and community, professional development, networking and enhance the overall associate experience. This sense of community allows ARG members to obtain resources and guidance that benefit both associates and the organization creating an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Mission: 
The mission of ARGs is to create opportunities for career development, networking, and community building. ARGs are also meant to build cultural fluency to reflect the communities we serve.
